I am a clinical psychologist with over six years of experience providing individual therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds, including people with lived experience of substance use, and members of key populations such as the LGBTQ community. My work is person-centred and meaning-focused approach, supporting clients who are living with a range of mental health conditions as well as those seeking more self-awareness and personal growth. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. Therapy with me is practical and intentional, with a strong focus on helping clients develop self-acceptance and apply insights from sessions to everyday life. Over the years, I have worked in various settings, including the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Abeokuta, University College Hospital, Ibadan, and Synapse Services, Lagos. I am a member of the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy music and playing chess.
