It was a great first session
I mostly talked being an intro session but she explained the concept of therapy and the having goals for sessions. And had very important insights as well at the end.

Awesome time
It was genuinely a refreshing time with Abisola. I felt unsure about therapy but after the session, I feel like i should have started therapy years ago. i didn't feel alone, the issues seemed solvable
