I am a compassionate and client-focused therapist with a background in clinical psychology and a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With hands-on experience in both in-person and remote therapeutic settings, I have worked with diverse populations, supporting clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred approaches, motivational interviewing, and insight-oriented therapy. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. I am especially passionate about making mental health care accessible, which is why I’m excited about the potential to work with an online therapy platform. Whether it’s short-term support or long-term healing, I aim to walk alongside my clients with empathy, skill, and integrity.
