Ahmen Mohammed

Counselling Psychology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. With over a decade of experience, he has amassed more than 4000 counseling hours in private practice, specializing in individual and group counseling interventions. Mohammed conducts interventions for various cadres, ranging from lower- to senior-level professionals in civil service, non-governmental organizations, and businesses. He is a strong advocate of strengths-based psychology, focusing on attaining optimal functioning in individuals and building positive resources in organizations. He uses positive psychotherapies and adopts integrative therapeutic techniques using client-centered strategies to help improve or manage mild to severe mental health challenges.
