Imagine a day you wake up and you longer feel that weight of shame, guilt or heaviness. Or imagine your friend asks you to go out and for the first time in a long while, instead of feeling tired or unmotivated, you feel so excited that you get there before him/her. Sounds amazing right? That's what I want for you too. Hi! My name is Busola Carrena. I'm a licensed psychotherapist that has been practicing since 2020. I love Korean dramas but I also love listening to people talk and learning about the human mind. I'm also a lover of Jesus. I would be grateful for the opportunity you grant me to work alongside you on your mental health journey because I always consider it a privilege when people share deep things with me and sometimes things they can never tell anyone (I'm feeling grateful just thinking about this).
