About Faith
Faith Wuyah is a Psychologist and a Certified Life Coach, she is the founder of Mental Health Club Ng (MHC), a community that aims at providing a supportive environment for individuals to learn about and promote mental well-being. She is passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential, heal emotionally, and achieve fulfilling lives. With a background in psychology, she specializes in emotional healing, mental health support, and personal development. Her approach combines evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy alongside Life coaching methodologies, and Neuro- Linguistic Programming to guide clients through life’s challenges and towards lasting transformation. She provides mental health trainings for individuals and corporate organizations and she also works closely with corporate organizations to design and integrate an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) into their system in order to support employees' mental health and well-being.
