I am dedicated to helping my clients become their own therapist and face life challenges head on with the skills and knowledge they gain from therapy. I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Ilorin and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Covenant University. I specialize in assessing and managing depression, anxiety disorders (panic attacks, social anxiety, phobias and so on), stress management, personal development and relationship problems using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Behavioural techniques. I am dedicated to my clients achieving their therapy goals by collaborating and guiding them using evidence based interventions.
