Pick a therapist and time
Browse therapists in the app and choose a slot at least 24 hours out — that's the window we use to confirm your cover.

Choose “My HMO” at checkout
Select your scheme, enter the enrollee ID from your HMO card, and reserve. The total reads ₦0.00 — no wallet, no card.

We confirm, you attend
We confirm your cover with your HMO — usually within a day — and notify you the moment it's approved. If they can't confirm in time, the session is cancelled and nothing is ever charged.
My HMO isn't listed
Ask for it here — no account needed. We email your HMO that one of their enrollees wants to use their plan for therapy, and we email you the next steps, including a short script for calling their claims line yourself. When your scheme goes live, you'll be the first to know.
