Now that you’ve downloaded the Mytherapist.ng Mobile App, these next few steps will show you how to navigate the app and guide you to book your first therapy session with us.
Create your account:
To create your account, click ‘Create Account’ (or ‘Login’ if you already have an account with us).
Fill in the necessary details required and create a password. Then click ‘sign up’
Congratulations! Your account has been created.
Next, verify your email address. Open your mail app to access the email sent by MyTherapist.ng Support and click ‘Verify Email Address’.
Funding Your Wallet
For you to be able to book a session, you will need to fund your account. You can fund your account by simply clicking on the wallet icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen.
You will be brought to your wallet page. Proceed to ‘Fund my wallet’.
Choose your preferred amount from the options available or type in your desired amount. Then click ‘Pay with Paystack’
Choose the payment method that is the most convenient for you and follow the prompts to continue funding your account.
Booking a session
Booking a session on the app is simple. Click on the therapy menu at the bottom of the app’s home screen.

Select the therapist you want to book a session with from the list of therapists in the ‘Available Therapists’ menu. All our therapists have been thoroughly vetted and are licensed professionals, so be rest assured you’ll be getting quality mental healthcare, without breaking the bank.
To know if a therapist is the right fit for you, click on the therapist’s name to view their profile to find out about more about their experiences and expertise. Made a choice? Click on ‘Book Session’.
Select the date and time that is the most convenient for you to continue booking your session. Once your booking has been received and accepted by your therapist, an email confirmation will be sent to your email.
Congratulations! You have booked your first session!
