Hi, I am a seasoned counselling psychologist with a desire to help people; young people especially steer through life challenges and becoming a better version of themselves. It excites me to see the transformation and recovery of a person by virtue of counseling. My approach to counseling is active listening, empathy as non-judgemental to help my clients reach self actualization and mental well being with professional use of Mindfulness-Based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person- Centered Therapy. You shouldn’t have to handle those feelings of confusion alone. You’re one step away from gaining clarity and healing. We can work together through the process and I would love to be of help .
