Install the Mytherapist.ng app from the app download page, which sends your phone to the right store. Or skip the install and use app.mytherapist.ng in any browser; the whole booking flow works there too.

The app runs on iOS and Android. Once it is installed, tap Create Account or Login. See Create your account.
Use it in a browser
Go to app.mytherapist.ng. You can book and manage sessions from a browser with nothing to install, using the same account as the app.
Update the app
If you see "Your version of the Mytherapist.ng App seems to be out of date" when you try to book, your app is too old to book. Update it from the app download page. If you cannot update right now, book from app.mytherapist.ng instead.
Therapists
Therapists use the Caregiver App on their phone, or partners.mytherapist.ng in a browser. See the therapists page.
Still stuck
In the app, open Settings → Chat with Support. A person replies Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm WAT. If you cannot get into the app at all, write to us from the contact page.

A person replies Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm WAT. Messages sent outside those hours are answered when the team is back.
In the app
Open Settings, then Chat with Support. Your account details come with the message, so nothing needs repeating.
Get the appOn this website
Start a chat right here. Leave an email and a phone number so the reply reaches you.
Write from the email on your account, with your name and what happened, and the team picks it up in the same queue.
