Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and enter the email you registered with. We email you a one-time code, not a link: 6 digits for users, 5 digits for therapists. Enter it within about 5 minutes, then set a new password of at least 8 characters.
Steps
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Open your email and find the code. Check spam if it is not in your inbox.
- Enter the code in the app. It expires in about 5 minutes, so do this as soon as it lands.
- Set a new password (at least 8 characters) and log in.
"OTP sent to your email" but nothing arrives
For privacy, the app shows this message even when the address is not on any account. So if no code arrives:
- Check that you typed the email you actually registered with. A different address or a typo means no account, so no code.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a minute, then request a new code.
Occasionally you may receive a new temporary password instead of a code. If so, log in with it, then change it.
"Too many failed attempts. Try again later."
Too many wrong codes lock you out for a short while. Wait, then request a fresh code and enter it carefully.
Changing your password while logged in
You can change your password from the app, and it asks for your current password. If the change will not save, use Forgot Password instead. It is the reliable route.
If you think someone else has your account
Resetting your password does not sign out other devices. Anyone already logged in stays logged in. Change your password, then open Settings → Chat with Support and ask for all your sessions to be signed out. A person replies Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm WAT. Turning on two-factor authentication adds a code step to every login. See Two-factor authentication and your app PIN.
Still locked out? See I can't log in.
