Talking to support

How to reach us, when we reply, and what helps us sort things out in one go.

Updated 28 October 2026By the Mytherapist.ng support team

Real people read and answer every message. Here's how to reach us, and how to get an answer quickly.

Start a conversation

  1. Go to Profile in the Mytherapist.ng app, or Account in the Caregiver App.
  2. Under Support, tap Chat with Support.
  3. Tap Start a conversation.

You can also tap Message support at the end of any guide.

When we reply

We're here Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm WAT. You can write to us any time — outside those hours, we'll reply in order when we're back. You'll get a notification when we reply.

Help us help you faster

  • Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Include the session date and the therapist's or client's name, or the amount and date of a payment.
  • Screenshots help. Send your message first, then add images with the image button next to the message box (up to 5 MB each).

You don't need to tell us your email — we can see your account details. If there's no phone number on your account, we'll ask for one once, so we can reach you.

Your conversations

All your conversations are listed under Chat with Support. If one is marked resolved, reply to reopen it. If it's closed, start a new one.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected].

In an emergency

Support chat isn't an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now.
