The Prime family plan

Prime Family covers you and up to 5 people you invite, 6 seats in all, for ₦2,000 a month or ₦18,000 a year. You pay; the people you add pay nothing and get the same Mytherapist.ng Prime benefits on their own accounts.

How it works

• The person who subscribes is the plan manager. Only the manager can add or remove members and change the plan.
• Members are added by email. If the person already has a Mytherapist.ng account with that email, they are covered immediately. If not, they get an email invitation.
• Each member gets their own full Prime access on their own account: free reschedules and cancellations, premium meditations and breathing exercises, and the rest. See What Prime is and what it costs.
• The benefits are identical to Prime Individual. Family simply covers more people.

Subscribe to Family

Open the Profile tab, tap Subscribe to Prime, choose Prime Family, tap Subscribe Now and pay. Full steps: Subscribe to Prime.

Add or remove a member

1. Open the Profile tab and tap Manage Prime.
2. Under Family members, add a person by their email address.
3. To remove someone, use the remove option next to their name. You can do this at any time.

The screen always shows how many seats you have left.

Things to know

• Only the Family plan can add or remove members. An Individual plan has no seats to share.
• A membership redeemed from an invite code can't switch to Family. The app says "Invite code subscriptions cannot switch plans."
• If you move from Family to Individual, the change applies at your next renewal, and the extra member seats are dropped then. See Cancel Prime or change your plan.
• If you were added to a family plan and nothing is unlocked, check that your Mytherapist.ng account uses the email the plan manager entered. See I subscribed but content still looks locked.

The plan manager pays for the plan. Invited members are never charged.
