Promo codes

Codes take a percentage or fixed amount off at booking. "Coupon not applicable" means expired, used up, or wrong context.

Promo codes take a percentage or a fixed amount off when you book. Enter the code exactly as you received it. Some codes only work when you register a new account, not at booking.

Why a code won't apply

If you see "Coupon not applicable", one of these is the reason:

  • The code has expired or been deactivated.
  • It has already been used the maximum number of times.
  • It's a registration-only code and you're trying to use it at booking.
  • It was issued by an employer or organisation and your account isn't registered as a beneficiary of that organisation. See corporate coupons.
  • There's a typo. Codes must match exactly, so re-enter it carefully.

If the code makes the booking ₦0

No payment is taken, and the payment method on the booking shows as a coupon. The booking goes ahead as normal.

Refunds on promo bookings

Refunds return what you actually paid, minus any cancellation fee, not the full price. A heavily discounted booking can refund ₦0 if the minimum ₦1,000 cancellation fee is larger than what you paid. See how refunds work.

Student rates don't need a code. If you're a student, verify once and the student price shows on a therapist's profile before you book. See student discount.
